Effective June 1, 2014, the evaluation for major depressive disorder was increased to 100 percent disability, special monthly compensation for housebound criteria was granted from May 22, 2020, and eligibility for Dependents’ Educational Assistance based on permanent and total disability status was established from June 1, 2014.
