Client was awarded service connection for various conditions, including 50 percent for headaches, 30 percent for cervical strain with degenerative arthritis, 40 percent for right upper extremity radiculopathy, 30 percent for left upper extremity radiculopathy, and 20 percent for lumbosacral strain, all effective from June 2017. Additionally, the Veteran was awarded 10 percent for left lower extremity radiculopathy and an additional 10 percent for right lower extremity radiculopathy (sciatic nerve pain) with an effective date of August 2023.
