An earlier effective date for the evaluation of bilateral pes planus, currently rated as 50 percent disabling, is granted effective March 17, 2011. Additionally, entitlement to individual unemployability is granted from March 17, 2011, to May 18, 2021, and special monthly compensation based on housebound criteria is granted for the same period. Furthermore, an earlier effective date for basic eligibility for Dependents’ Educational Assistance based on permanent and total disability status is established from March 17, 2011.
