Client received individual unemployability granted effective March 24, 2014. Client received special monthly compensation based on aid and attendance/housebound criteria being met is granted from May 30, 2014. Client is eligible for Dependents’ Educational Assistance and evaluated with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) to include major depressive disorder, recurrent, which is currently 100 percent disabling, and is granted an initial evaluation of 70 percent from March 24, 2014.
