The evaluation for generalized anxiety disorder is increased to 50 percent from August 23, 2011, and then to 70 percent from July 12, 2022, while various service connections for musculoskeletal conditions are granted with evaluations ranging from 0 to 20 percent effective from different dates, and entitlement to an earlier effective date for Dependents’ Educational Assistance is granted, now set to March 16, 2018.
