Client granted service connection for lumbar degenerative disc disease, degenerative arthritis, and spinal stenosis with an evaluation of 20 percent and left knee osteoarthritis granted at 10 percent effective April 2013. The client was additionally granted service connection for left and right lower extremity radiculopathy at 20 percent, and right knee osteoarthritis at 30 percent effective October 2021. Entitlement to an earlier effective date for the grant of individual unemployability is granted, with a new effective date of March 9, 2017.
