Entitlement to individual unemployability and basic eligibility for Dependents’ Educational Assistance were granted effective November 25, 2015; additionally, a service connection for degenerative arthritis of the lumbar spine was granted with an evaluation of 20 percent effective March 20, 2018, increased to 40 percent from September 15, 2022.
