Multiple service connections and evaluations for various medical conditions, including diabetes, peripheral neuropathy, hypertension, hearing loss, tinnitus, non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy, and erectile dysfunction, have been granted with retroactive effective dates of July 15, 2013, and August 10, 2022, for different conditions, some with evaluations of 0 percent and others with evaluations ranging from 10 to 30 percent, and entitlement to special monthly compensation for loss of use of a creative organ is granted from July 15, 2013.
