Service connection for various medical conditions, including heart disease, sleep apnea, diabetes, and peripheral neuropathy in both lower and upper extremities, are granted with different evaluation percentages effective from December 14, 2015 and March 14, 2017, and basic eligibility for Dependents’ Educational Assistance based on permanent and total disability status is established from December 14, 2015.
