Client is service connected for diabetes mellitus is granted with an evaluation of 20 percent; for right upper extremity peripheral neuropathy is granted with an evaluation of 40 percent; left upper extremity peripheral neuropathy is granted with an evaluation of 30 percent; for left lower extremity peripheral neuropathy is granted with an evaluation of 10 percent; for right lower extremity peripheral neuropathy is granted with an evaluation of 10 percent effective June 5, 2021. Client is entitled to individual unemployability is granted effective September 9, 2016. Client entitlement to special monthly compensation based on housebound criteria being met is granted from June 5, 2021. Client basic eligibility to Dependents’ Educational Assistance based on permanent and total disability status is established from September 9, 2016.
