The USAF Veteran’s evaluation for lumbosacral strain was increased to 20% effective August 9, 2024, with service connection granted for left and right lower extremity radiculopathy (sciatic and femoral nerves) at 40% and 30% each, respectively, as well as service connection for asthma (30%), left and right upper extremity cervical radiculopathy (30% each), cervical strain (20%), and several other conditions, all with varying effective dates. Basic eligibility for Dependents’ Educational Assistance was established from August 9, 2024.
