Client is granted service connection for bilateral plantar fasciitis (previously characterized as bilateral feet disability) with an evaluation of 30 percent and service connection for left hip trochanteric pain syndrome and iliopsoas bursitis/tendinitis, with limited abduction and extension, as well as limited flexion, with evaluations of 20 percent and 0 percent respectively, effective October 13, 2017. Client is also granted service connection for right hip trochanteric pain syndrome and iliopsoas bursitis/tendinitis, with limitation of abduction and limited extension and flexion, with evaluations of 20 percent and 0 percent respectively, effective October 13, 2017. Additionally, the client is granted service connection for left ankle tendonitis, left knee strain, right ankle tendonitis, right knee strain, and bilateral hearing loss with evaluations of 10 percent, 10 percent, 10 percent, 10 percent, and 0 percent respectively, all effective October 13, 2017.
