Client is entitled to individual unemployability effective December 30, 2016; service connection for left lower extremity sciatica pain with an evaluation of 10 percent effective February 29, 2016; entitled to special monthly compensation based on aid and attendance criteria being met from September 28, 2017; and basic eligibility to Dependents’ Educational Assistance based on permanent and total disability status from December 30, 2016.
