Client was service connected for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is granted with an evaluation of 100 percent effective November 19, 2019.
Client also received entitlement to special monthly compensation based on housebound criteria being met and basic eligibility to Dependents’ Educational Assistance based on permanent and total disability status is established from November 19, 2019.
