Service connections for left knee, lumbosacral, and left ankle strains were granted with evaluations of 20 percent, 20 percent, and 10 percent respectively, and peripheral neuropathies in both lower extremities were granted with 0 percent evaluations, all effective July 4, 2015; additionally, basic eligibility for Dependents’ Educational Assistance was established effective November 26, 2018.
