Client received a 100 percent evaluation for posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) with major depressive disorder and substance abuse disorder, competent from April 11, 2014; a 30 percent evaluation for right knee arthritis, meniscal tear and patellar tendonitis with bone spurs from October 4, 2019; a 30 percent evaluation for left knee arthritis, meniscal tear and patellar tendonitis with bone spurs from October 4, 2019; service connection for right knee instability with an evaluation of 10 percent effective May 2, 2014; and service connection for left knee instability with an evaluation of 10 percent effective May 2, 2014.
