The Navy Veteran’s evaluation of pityriasis lichenoides, now diagnosed as stasis dermatitis to include contact dermatitis and eczema, which was previously rated as 10% disabling, was increased to 60% effective December 21, 2015. Basic eligibility for Dependents’ Educational Assistance based on permanent and total disability status was established from June 6, 2018.
