Entitlements to earlier effective dates for service connections for coronary artery disease with myocardial infarction and subsequent bypass, chest surgical scar post-heart surgery, and left lower extremity surgical scar post-vein graft have all been granted effective February 24, 2020. Additionally, an earlier effective date for the grant of eligibility for Dependents’ Educational Assistance has also been established from the same date.
