One of our goals at Berry Law is to ensure all veterans can easily access the status of their pending appeals. This year, in support of that objective, we launched a mobile application to push notifications to Veterans who wanted to manage their claims with their smart phones. Like some military plans, this plan did not survive first contact.
We continue to pursue a technological solution to help Veterans communicate and manage their appeals from their mobile devices. While we do not have the perfect solution yet, we will continue to work to build it. In the meantime, we will discontinue the use of the Case Status application effective December 31, 2022. Your information will no longer be viewable in the app after that date. We apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to providing you with a new solution in the near future.
