Michael Loutzenhiser is an Air Force Veteran who assists clients with general questions and the overall navigation of the VA process. Having left the Air Force as a Staff Sergeant, Michael understands the value of hard work and teamwork. He is currently navigating the VA process personally, giving him an inside perspective on what veterans and their families experience every day.
