Mr. Harris brings experience from both the Enlisted and Officer ranks to Berry Law Firm.  He enlisted in the Air Force before later accepting a commission into the United States Army National Guard, and has accumulated over 18 years of service. In 2010, he deployed to Iraq with the 67th Battlefield Surveillance Brigade in Support of Operation Iraqi Freedom/Operation New Dawn, where he served as the Assistant Operational Law Attorney and Trial Counsel. He practiced in the areas of Operational Law, Administrative Law and Military Justice, and advised commanders and senior non-commissioned officers.

Mr. Harris has extensive experience in the areas of military law, administrative law, juvenile law, bankruptcy. In addition, he also has felony and misdemeanor criminal defenses experience. Mr. Harris appeared before The United States Court of Appeals Eighth Circuit and The Nebraska Supreme Court.
