As a volunteer with the Veterans Legal Support Network, Eric advocates to protect the military benefits of our nations’ servicemen and women. He stands behind the oath he took to defend the Constitution in his work as a Criminal defense attorney, personal injury, litigation and Veteran’s benefits advocate at Berry Law. He also serves on the board of the Nebraska Youth Rugby Association, and coaches rugby and football.

Eric lives in Elkhorn with his three sons. He says he was drawn to Berry Law because of the firms’ reputation for serving military Veterans and their families.
